• We suggest you set your first appointment with a seamstress 8-12 weeks before your wedding. Before your appointment make sure you have all your undergarments with you, such as bra, slip and shoes. It makes a huge difference in the fit of your gown.

• We begin our appointment with a one-on-one interview, reviewing your online interview submission.
• Private one on one curator will be assigned to you for the duration of your experience with Crown Bridal. Providing their undivided attention, customer service and product knowledge.

• Gratuity
  • Gratuity is not a requirement. However, as with any customer service-based industry representative our curators greatly appreciate gratuity for their expertise and customer service.
  • All gratuities are passed directly to your personal curator.

Yes! All children regardless of age must be accompanied by and adult and as with any guest are not permitted in dressing rooms for the duration of the appointment. (Breast feeding exception)

• $500.00 to $4000.00
• The volume of our inventory averages $1100.00 – $1500.00.

Yes, we offer military, law enforcement and emergency services personnel receive a 5% discount.

• We recommend no more than 3-4 guests. Please call in advance with a larger guest count request.
• We will do our best to accommodate.
• Groom’s can bring 5 guests for suit measurements.

• 10 people are included in Service/Catering fee.
• 15 people with additional fee.

Depending on the designer and time of year, a dress can take (one week) to (five months) to arrive. However, some designers have quicker delivery times or offer a rush fee option with an additional cost.

2 through 30. We also carry the best plus size bridal gown selection with sample sizes ranging from 16 to 30.

All sales are final! We require a 50% deposit when purchasing your wedding gown. We do not accept checks. Auto-pay payment plan required when not paying in full at time of purchase.

You should purchase your accessories when you select your wedding gown!! Our accessories can take 2 weeks to 4 months.

Trunk shows give our brides the opportunity to view brand new collections fresh off the runway. Brides get the privilege of working one-on-one with the owner and staff, making your experience even more unforgettable! When purchasing a “PRE-SEASON RELEASE”!!

• When you purchase your wedding dress with Crown Bridal, all bridesmaid, Mothers, Junior Bridesmaids and Groomsmen will receive a special discount.

After your wedding we offer cleaning and preservation on all wedding gowns, even if you didn’t purchase it through Crown Bridal. We offer special discounts to our brides. Visit our Gown Preservation under Services for more information.

• These dresses take approximately (one week) on quick ship to 5 months to arrive. We prefer that you order 6 months out from the wedding at the latest, however rush options are available.

Your bridesmaids will need to provide us with their bust, waist, and hip measurement. We suggest having their measurements taken by a professional. She then would need to call us with her measurements in order for us to select the best size.

The order will be placed with the designer once the order has been paid in full.
