I walked into this beautiful boutique, with an open mind, and like 5 pictures of a few dresses I liked from looking online.
It was the first and actually only store I even made an appointment at knowing I needed to start somewhere with the date set for only 9 months from now! You should book your appointment here too because Kynda was wholeheartedly celebrating me in every dress (perfecting my modification requests) along side my mom and sister. I feel effortlessly she let me take all the time (3 hours) I needed, making sure I was comfortable in the process of changing gowns (bra isn’t necessary but panties are), and confident in my choice (fun fact: the dress that looked best on my body doesn’t look like any of my 5 pictures I walked in the door with)! I have no doubts that my dress WAS MADE FOR ME!!!

Second day wedding dress shopping, thought we found ” the one” at over what the budget was… SO glad we didn’t cancel- we found the actual one at Crown Bridal and it was more then half the price- great service , Marvel was fantastic and made the experience great- thank you!!

I. Am. In. Love. I honestly cannot speak highly enough of this store and it’s lovely owner. I went in in a whim and had such a blast! Aside from everything being an amazing price, the owner was so much help and so relaxing! I went in by myself to just look around and she immediately greeted me and let me look. When I had questions she was just around the corner to talk to and lend advise. We spent hours just playing around with styles and trying dresses on It could not have been more perfect if someone had tried to curate the situation. There was no pressure at all to buy anything thing that I wasn’t 100% in love with. We ended up with a gorgeous ball gown with a sash and fun sparkly veil that tied everything together. It was so fun knowing that she only had my best interest at heart.

Our great experience started with the owner, Kynda, offering to come back early from her vacation so my daughter, who was only in town for a few days, could have a bridal appointment. Fortunately her store manager Ann was available and she opened the store just for us! Ann was absolutely fabulous, she was patient and knowledge and not the least bit pushy, she was sincerely interested in my daughter finding a dress that she loved. I highly recommend this dress shop!

Let me start by saying this (5 star) review is about the customer service (specifically the owner Kynda). I called during a weekday morning to ask if the store carries bridesmaids gowns that are available “off the rack” or available ASAP. I was in bind with David’s bridal having ordered me the wrong dress and not able to get me a replacement in time. Kynda asked me to stop by after work so she could help me out. She was the first person to take the time to take all my measurements (rather than just assume I wear same size dress in every style and material), and understand why I had been having such a hard time finding a dress in the particular material my bride wanted (I measure lost three different dress sizes in three different body areas). Kynda went above and beyond searching in store and online stock to see what she might be able to make work for my situation and body.

Gosh, where to even start! This boutique is adorable with stunning dresses and amazing customer service! When I first walked in I was greeted by my stylist, MJ. She is so sweet and bubbly! She listened to exactly what I wanted and what my concerns were. I am the most self conscious person on this planet and I honestly dreaded going shopping as I was convinced I would NOT have fun. These ladies proved me wrong. MJ and Kynda were so kind and so much fun! I felt so comfortable and confident throughout the whole appointment! Which is a hard thing to accomplish for me 👏 Kynda was always within ear shot with fabulous ideas and support.. They both went above and beyond for me and I am so very thankful for that! Do yourself a favor and go find your PERFECT dress at Crown Bridal you won’t regret it! ♥️

I recommend Crown Bridal for not only their incredible selection of gowns for EVERY size, but for the atmosphere and the exceptional customer service. I had a blast looking for gowns! My Maid of Honor and I were pulling dresses along with my consultant MJ who I will brag on later. There were multiple appointments going on, but each bride had their own area that included a pedistool, full length surround mirrors, comfortable seating and a roomy dressing room. MJ my personal Bridal Consultant went above and beyond to assist me. I am not a size 0, I am 180lbs and MJ did whatever nessessary to put me in a dress I wanted to try on. Like I said they have sizes for everyone, there was just a couple that were on the smaller side but that did not deter MJ.
