The store owner Kynda is absolutely amazing! I came to her after finding a dress from a box store I wasn’t in love with and only 60 days before my wedding. She helped me find thee most beautiful dress and veil!! We also could not find bridesmaids dresses due to COVID Kynda went above and BEYOND to get them here in 2 months time! If COVID wasn’t enough my alterations ladies husband passed two weeks before my wedding and was unable to complete my dress, again Kynda was there to save the day! Called multiple alterations people to get me squared away and I had my dress the altered and ready the week of my wedding!! Kynda all I can say is it shows you truly love what you do! I consider you family! You are hands down thee best! I will continue to recommend you to friends and family getting married. Thank you for all you have done!

Kynda is amazing. From the moment we walked in I felt comfortable and like we had found the right place. She has a lot, A LOT, of really nice inventory for great prices. She knew the dress I was going to bring home with me before I did! She not once pressured me to choose a dress but instead told me that she hoped I would leave with knowing what I like. She’s not only great at choosing dresses, but makes you feel confident, comfortable, and relaxed through the whole process.

This place is a must-try. First of all, SW Washington folks usually have to travel to Portland, Beaverton, or even Seattle to see a wide selection of wedding gowns, but Crown is fantastic and it’s right here in Downtown Vancouver. Kynda was so down-to-earth and friendly. She made my mom and I feel really welcome in her shop and had so much knowledge about wedding gown structure, alterations, ordering, and more. Kynda also did not rush us–she was 100% present at my appointment. She was a mix of sweet and no-nonsense, which is very helpful when you’re looking for a wedding dress. Would recommend Crown to any bride, especially folks looking for affordable gowns and awesome veils. Kynda rocks!

OMG! There is no way anyone can say a single bad thing about this store and if they do its about themselves and who they are as a person and not about the store or its owner. My appointment was at 3 (they close at 5) we left at 6:30! And she was like try more on if you want lets do another round! She was so understanding, so genuine, and not at all pushy! She was VERY okay with me not knowing what I wanted and was determined to have me leave there that day knowing the style of what I do and don’t like on me whether I bought a dress from her or not. The experience was so personal. Lady’s do not settle for anything less go to Crown Bridal I promise you, you won’t regret it! Kynda you are amazing and don’t change a thing about you girl, Thank You so so much for taking the time to get to know me and hear me!

Amazing! Simply awesome. From the minute you walk into the shop it feels like your wedding dress dream will come true here. The ambience is almost magical with countless dresses, chic decor, and Kynda, the owner, is fantastic. She’s kind, fun, down-to-earth, and super knowledgeable. We were here for my daughter, and she tried on as many dresses as she wanted to see what she liked. We ended up booking the VIP room for her final selection, and it did not disappoint! My daughter got her dream dress, and a full bride-to-be experience at Crown Bridal.
