Working with Kynda was amazing! Because of her I got to say yes to my unicorn dress! I came in not sure of what I wanted and I left feeling confident that i found the dress of my dreams!! I could not have asked for a better wedding dress shopping experience!

I was a little nervous to begin wedding dress shopping because I was scared I wouldn’t be able to find something in my budget and I didn’t want the experience to be about pressuring me to spend money. I’m pleased to say that I found my dress and all my worries were quickly forgotten when I met Kynda.
Kynda made the experience stress free and fun. From the moment I walked into her shop I truly felt like she was there to make sure I felt like the most beautiful bride on my big day, and it didn’t matter if I found my dress with her or someone else. As a matter of fact I fell in love with a dress at a different shop but couldn’t image spending my money there as I didn’t have a good experience. I came back to Kynda and explained my situation and she went above and beyond to personalize one of her dresses to fit all my needs and I can’t wait to walk down the isle in it.

We had an appointment today to look at dresses for my daughter- we also had another appointment at another dress shop in Oregon, later in the afternoon. Shortly, after arriving we knew this would be the place where we would find the dress- and canceled our afternoon appointment. Kyndra was wonderful to work with- she was not pushy, she listened to my daughters’ opinions, and worked within her budget. Crown Bridal has a large inventory of dresses to choose from, not only do they sell dresses that you can buy off the rack for those of you in a time restraint, but have many options and styles that you can order, as well.
Again, THANK YOU for making dress shopping not only fun for my daughter- but even more important is that she now has the dress to wear on her very special day.

I went with my future daughter-in-law dress shopping at Crown Bridal. This was her first experience dress shopping for her wedding gown and it could not have been more perfect. Tiffany & Kynda were very attentive and knowledgeable. They spent the time to understand what we were looking for and made great suggestions to help us in our search. They made the day very special for us. I highly recommend Crown Bridal for anyone who is looking for beautiful gowns and really good customer service.

After trying 3 bridal places in Portland on Friday and not finding anything that I was looking for, I finally snagged the last slot Crown Bridal had on Saturday. When I went in, I was amazed how many dresses I actually resonated with. I was into the ball gown look with a more modest neckline and elegant yet a bit of boho vibe. And where all the other places had nothing, I had about 5 dresses I had to narrow down! Tiffany was super helpful and cheerful with helping me find dresses and also letting me look through the inventory on my own. I would highly recommend this place!

Tiffany was very helpful and kind and I appreciated her patience! I also appreciated that there was no pressure to make a sale, it was all about helping me find the right dress regardless. I had a great experience and plan on returning for a dress!
